Our service principle is based upon a quick and efficient turnaround to ensure that your stock is consistently monitored and updated. We have a team of merchandisers on the road who, will visit your store on a regular basis to help you to fully maximise your revenue streams with new stock, ideas and display options. We also offer a telephone window check whereby our sales team will contact you at the beginning of the week to discuss your requirements and enable you to be fully stocked with the latest best-sellers before the weekend.
Systems
Hole in the Wall prides itself in offering the latest up-to-date systems depending on our customers requirements. We have a customised software system available for retail partners whereby they are able to download their weekly stock sheets for fully automated ordering purposes. Our in-house logistics team continually monitors orders to ensure accurate picking and fulfillment to maximise customer sales.
Selection
It is our aim to make sure that our customer has the best possible selection of posters suitable for their store. We do this by sourcing posters from around the world and continually seeking out the latest licenses in film, television and music. Hole in the Wall also produces and distributes hundreds of new generic images each year including wildlife, landscapes and humour to name but a few.
